Driveway and Patio Cleaning
We use cutting-edge technology to make sure your driveway and patio are free from dirt and stains. We use the latest, high-powered pressure washers and surface cleaners while also making sure our chemicals are eco-friendly. When the drive or patio is completely dry we will come back and use some kiln-dried sand to help prevent movement while still allowing drainage.

Gutter Cleaning
We use the world renowned state of the art Spinaclean SkyVac. The industrial wet/dry vacuum that cleans from the ground meaning no nasty ladders or scaffolding.
1st - We carry out a full inspection with our recordable camera, we take video's and photos for your peace of mind that the job is 1. required and 2. completed.
2nd - We raise our suction poles up to the required height and vacuum out all of the debris, remove moss and leaves that are blocking the water flow to the down pipe. Maximum height we can go to is 10m (30ft) Three Storeys high.
3rd - After completing the gutter cleaning we do a full inspection video making sure we have cleared the gutters of all debris.

At CLS we pride ourselves on transparency. Our cleaning price guide is designed to give you an idea of the cost to clean your drive, patio, fence or gutters. As there are many different factors to cleaning your designated area, the price may differ, but one thing CLS will guarantee is the cost will never go up if your area needs additional treatment. This will be explained and reflected in the written quotation within 24hr. We do not charge VAT on top of our quoted prices and we do not have a minimum size.
